  • Spindle driven by 11Kw(15HP) spindle motor through a high-turque timing belt, ensuring no slip, low noise, and low vibration.
  • Genoa type 20 tools. (Optional: 24 tools)
  • P4 class angular contact spindle bearings: 4 at front and 2 at rear. Such design limits temerature variation even after spindle's long period of rotation during high speed machining.
  • Main frame is made of Meehanite castings for superior rigidity.
  • C3 double nut ballscrews (ø40mm), hardened & ground for high accuracy and long lasting.
    Pre-tensioned on each axes to reduce heat deformation.
  • THK heavy-duty precision linear guide ways on 3 axes. 3-way linear guide ways on X and Y axes. Five sliding blocks for X&Y and six for Z axis to ensure machining accuracy.
