  • NST#40 Spindle, Quill Dia. 110mm.
  • 5HP Heavy duty head, Hi-Low speed change by gear transmission (with no timing belt).
  • Spindle is made from SCM-415 (SAE4115) Cr-Mo Alloy steel, then heat treated and precision ground.
  • Spindle bearing appliance with 7210(p4) Angular contact bearings.
  • Meehanite casting GC275 with annealing & stress relieving treatment.
  • Ram is moveable directly on extra heavy duty column without turret.
  • XY axes use C5 pre-load double nut ball screws, no backlash and provide accurate positioning.
  • Hardened & Ground on the XYZ slideways and T-slot of table.
  • Turcite-B coated on the XY slideways and gibs.
  • All the slideways (column, table, saddle, ram and knee) are installed with rubber wiper.
